Cool dream, Patsy.

I remember shortly after his death he appeared in a dream of mine. I was in this huge old country house filled with people as if a party was going on. I could hear music coming from some other room in the house. It was so powerful and seemed so familiar but I couldn't figure out what I was hearing. It was right on the tip of my tongue. I knew that I should be able to identify the musician who was playing but my mind was a blank. Nevertheless, I felt moved by the music; I felt drawn to it, so I made my way through different rooms in the old house, getting closer and closer to where the music was coming from. Finally I walked into this big kitchen and there was Johnny Cash, leaning up against a counter, playing his acoustic guitar and singing. The next thing I knew I was sitting at the kitchen table a few feet away from him, sipping on a cup of coffee, listening to him. I woke up too soon.

Wow, those are the kind of dreams I'd like to have. I usually dream about work, not too exciting.

I had a dream that me and Mr. Cash were hanging out together. It was probably the best dream I've ever had. It was so real feeling.

A few evenings ago, I elected to stay in the car while my wife went into the grocery store to shop. It was after dark and there was a pleasant cool breeze, and one of my Cash cassette tapes just happened to be in the car's tape player at the time. So as my wife tarried I turned it on to listen. The song that immediately started playing was Folsom Prison Blues, a song that to this day leaves me spellbound. But what made it even more special listening to it this time was when that "sweet" instrumental break (which Luther invented, but was now being played by Bob) began I promptly heard a train blow its whistle, as if right on queue. I tell you, it couldn't have been more perfectly timed! It literally gave me chills, and filled me with energy at the same time. What a moment that was!

I had a dream the other night, and one of the people in my dream was June. SHe was a neighbor, and never was identified necessarily as June Carter Cash, but she was definitely June! Makes me smile just to think of it.

That has nothing to do with this thread.

I once had a dream where John was my teacher lol. He taught us for a little bit, then he'd get out his guitar and start playing for us. It was a odd experience. There was a dream i had with June in it, but i can barely remember it now, but i remember it feeling so real.

I haven't had a Cashy type dream yet, but I'm hoping for one sometime.
